Spanish has two passives: the explicit ser + participle + por, and the far more common pasiva refleja with se. The reflexive passive is the default choice in everyday and news writing.

Passive with ser: El acuerdo fue firmado por los ministros. Pasiva refleja: Se firmó el acuerdo. The pasiva refleja uses se + a third-person verb and focuses on the thing, not the doer.
ser वाला कर्मवाच्य: El acuerdo fue firmado por los ministros। pasiva refleja: Se firmó el acuerdo। pasiva refleja se + तृतीय-पुरुष क्रिया लेती है और वस्तु पर बल देती है, करने वाले पर नहीं।
pasiva refleja: se + verb agreeing with the patient: Se vende el piso / Se venden pisos. Passive with ser: ser + participle + por + agent, with the participle agreeing: Las cartas fueron escritas por ella.
pasiva refleja: se + कर्म से मेल खाती क्रिया: Se vende el piso / Se venden pisos। ser वाला कर्मवाच्य: ser + कृदंत + por + कर्ता, जिसमें कृदंत मेल खाता है: Las cartas fueron escritas por ella।
Se construyeron tres puentes. (Three bridges were built.) Los edificios fueron dañados por el terremoto. (The buildings were damaged by the earthquake.) Aquí se habla español.

A learner writes *Se vendieron el piso, a plural verb with a singular patient. In the pasiva refleja the verb agrees with the thing, not with an implied "they": Se vendió el piso.
शिक्षार्थी एकवचन कर्म के साथ *Se vendieron el piso लिखता है। pasiva refleja में क्रिया वस्तु से मेल खाती है, किसी अनुमानित "वे" से नहीं: Se vendió el piso।
The ser-passive is heavy and its overuse often reads as translation. Keep it for news, reports and legal style; use the pasiva refleja everywhere else.
