Spanish builds the passive with ser + participle + por. It is more common in reports and news than in speech, and the passive se is the everyday alternative.

El informe fue escrito por el equipo. (The report was written by the team.) ser carries the tense and agrees with the subject; the participle agrees with the subject too (fue escrito, fueron escritos).
El informe fue escrito por el equipo। ser काल रखता है और विषय से मेल खाता है; कृदंत भी विषय से मेल (fue escrito, fueron escritos)।
Se venden pisos. (Flats for sale.) Se habla español. (Spanish spoken.) Se construyó el puente. (The bridge was built.) The passive se is far more common than the ser passive in daily life.

La ley fue aprobada por el parlamento. (The law was passed by parliament.) Se publicaron los resultados. (The results were published.) El edificio fue diseñado por un arquitecto famoso.

A learner translates every English passive literally. Spanish often prefers the active with se: where English says "it is said that", Spanish says "se dice que". Active fluency beats passive accuracy.

por + agent is often omitted because the writer does not know or does not care who did it: Se aprobó la ley. Only name the agent when it carries information.
por + कर्ता अक्सर छोड़ दिया जाता है क्योंकि लेखक जानता नहीं या परवाह नहीं: Se aprobó la ley। कर्ता का नाम तभी जब वह जानकारी दे।
