With haber the participle is invariable. With ser it agrees with the subject. With estar it agrees with the subject. The one that trips learners is that haber never agrees, however plural the sentence is.

He comido. Hemos comido. Las cartas han llegado. The participle stays -o regardless of gender or number. The number lives in haber: ha, han.

La puerta fue cerrada. (The door was closed.) Las puertas fueron cerradas. (The doors were closed.) Las cartas están escritas. (The letters are written.) Passive and resultant state both agree with the subject.
La puerta fue cerrada। Las puertas fueron cerradas। Las cartas están escritas। निष्क्रिय और परिणामी स्थिति दोनों विषय से मेल खाते हैं।
El problema ha sido resuelto. (The problem has been solved.) Las ventanas fueron abiertas. (The windows were opened.) Las tareas están hechas. (The tasks are done.)

A learner writes Las cartas han llegadas and Hemos terminados. Both are wrong: han llegado, hemos terminado. This is the single most systematic B2 error for English speakers.
शिक्षार्थी *Las cartas han llegadas और *Hemos terminados लिखता है। दोनों गलत: han llegado, hemos terminado। अंग्रेज़ी बोलने वालों की B2 की सबसे व्यवस्थित गलती यही है।
If the auxiliary is haber, freeze the participle. If it is ser (passive) or estar (state), make it agree. Three questions, one rule each.
सहायक haber हो तो कृदंत जमा दें। ser (निष्क्रिय) या estar (स्थिति) हो तो मेल कराएँ। तीन सवाल, हर एक का एक नियम।
