At B2 the subjunctive appears in relative clauses with an indefinite antecedent, after time conjunctions referring to the future, and in concessive clauses — places English never uses a special mood.

Busco una casa que tenga jardín. (I am looking for a house that has a garden — any such house.) Busco la casa que tiene jardín. (I am looking for the house that has a garden — a specific one.) The article decides the mood.

Cuando llegues, avísame. (When you arrive, tell me.) With cuando, en cuanto, hasta que, mientras referring to the future, Spanish uses the subjunctive, never the future: *cuando llegarás is wrong.

No conozco a nadie que hable ruso. (I do not know anyone who speaks Russian.) En cuanto termines, salimos. (As soon as you finish, we leave.) Aunque insistas, no cambiaré de idea.

A learner says *Cuando llegarás, avísame. Spanish uses the subjunctive for future time clauses: Cuando llegues. This is one of the clearest B2 dividing lines.

If the noun or event is specific and known, use the indicative. If it is indefinite, searched for, or in the future, use the subjunctive. One question settles most relative and time clauses.
संज्ञा या घटना निश्चित और ज्ञात हो तो indicative। अनिश्चित, खोजी या भविष्य में हो तो subjunctive। यह एक सवाल ज़्यादातर संबंध और समय उपवाक्य तय कर देता है।
