Tenses & Aspect B1
The pluperfect (había + participle) names a past action that happened before another past action. It is the "past of the past" and it orders events without repeating "before".

haber in the imperfect plus the participle: había comido, habías comido, había comido, habíamos comido, habíais comido, habían comido. Only haber changes; the participle stays fixed.
haber का imperfecto + कृदंत: había comido, habías comido, había comido, habíamos comido, habíais comido, habían comido। केवल haber बदलता है; कृदंत स्थिर रहता है।
Cuando llegué, ya habían salido. (When I arrived, they had already left.) The leaving happened before the arriving, and the pluperfect shows that order without extra words.
Cuando llegué, ya habían salido। (जब मैं पहुँचा, वे जा चुके थे।) जाना पहुँचने से पहले हुआ, और pluscuamperfecto बिना अतिरिक्त शब्दों के वह क्रम दिखाता है।
No fui a la fiesta porque ya había visto la película. (I did not go to the party because I had already seen the film.) Ella me contó que había perdido el tren.
No fui a la fiesta porque ya había visto la película। (मैं पार्टी नहीं गया क्योंकि मैं फ़िल्म देख चुका था।) Ella me contó que había perdido el tren।
A learner writes *habían salidos. With haber the participle never agrees: habían salido. The plural is shown by habían, not by the participle.
शिक्षार्थी *habían salidos लिखता है। haber के साथ कृदंत कभी नहीं बदलता: habían salido। बहुवचन habían से दिखता है, कृदंत से नहीं।
The pluperfect pairs naturally with ya (already) and todavía no (not yet): Ya había terminado. Todavía no había llegado. These markers make the ordering obvious.
pluscuamperfecto ya (पहले ही) और todavía no (अभी नहीं) के साथ स्वाभाविक: Ya había terminado। Todavía no había llegado। ये सूचक क्रम साफ़ कर देते हैं।
