Spanish adjectives usually come AFTER the noun and agree in gender and number: el libro rojo, la casa roja, los libros rojos, las casas rojas. A few short adjectives come before the noun.

el libro interesante (the interesting book), la casa grande (the big house), los niños felices (the happy children). The adjective describes the noun, so it follows it — the opposite of English word order.
el libro interesante (दिलचस्प किताब), la casa grande (बड़ा घर), los niños felices (खुश बच्चे)। विशेषण संज्ञा का वर्णन करता है, इसलिए वह उसके बाद आता है — अंग्रेज़ी क्रम के उल्टा।
rojo → roja (feminine), rojos (masculine plural), rojas (feminine plural). grande → grandes (both genders, plural). feliz → felices (both genders, plural). Learn the adjective with its -o/-a ending.

El coche es rojo. (The car is red.) La casa es blanca. (The house is white.) Los libros son interesantes. (The books are interesting.) Las flores son bonitas. (The flowers are pretty.)

An English speaker says *el rojo libro. In Spanish, most adjectives go after: el libro rojo. A few short ones (bueno, malo, grande, pequeño) can go before, but the default is after.
अंग्रेज़ी बोलने वाला *el rojo libro बोलता है। स्पैनिश में ज़्यादातर विशेषण बाद में आते हैं: el libro rojo। कुछ छोटे (bueno, malo, grande, pequeño) पहले आ सकते हैं, पर डिफ़ॉल्ट बाद में है।
Do not memorize "rojo = red". Memorize "el libro rojo = the red book" and "la casa roja = the red house". This trains the agreement as one habit, not as a rule you apply at the end.
